At Favorine’s Flavor of Soul, we take great pride in providing high-quality, fresh food and seasonings. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
2. Email us at favorinesflavorofsoul@gmail.com with the photos and order details.
3. Upon review, we will process a refund for the damaged item.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We will not reship orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled because processing and preparation may have already begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and include your name and order number.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the 1-hour window has already passed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
